Every company needs email. You have a few choices. You can administer your own mail server - but that
requires you to purchase equipment, hire system administration staff, and deal with any problems that
come up. You can sign up with one of the big commercial email outsourcing vendors, and then sit around
on hold waiting to talk to their support staff if something goes wrong - and their service is one-size-fits-all,
so if you want your mail configured a particular way, you're out of luck.
I guess you could also use one of the free email services, if you don't mind people thinking your company
is named "hotmail.com". Doesn't look too professional.
